Contact our main office for further details on per-pet fees and deposits, along with our community’s established dog breed restrictions, including Pit bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios and Doberman Pinschers. 

• Per pet fee: $350/pet. Per pet deposit: $250. 
• Per pet monthly fee: $50. 
• Maximum pets allowed per home: two dogs and two cats.
